For professionals

If you work as a professional in the sensory sector, you know how crucial it is to have the right support in place for a family that is adjusting to living with sight loss.

As an experienced and trusted charity working with blind and partially sighted children, young people and their families, RSBC can complement the valuable support that you and your organisation already offers. Our Family Support Service operates in England and Wales, and is available to the families of blind and partially sighted children and young people from birth to 25 years old.

Our dedicated Family Support experts work one-to-one with families of children who have been diagnosed with a visual impairment, helping them to understand and adapt to sight loss, to access practical help in their area and to build confidence that their child can live a rich and fulfilling life.
