If you want to track your progress with your Fitbit you will need to take on the 124 miles challenge when you sign up.

You will be stepping 261,000 steps across the month of May, which is the equivalent of 4 miles per day, representing the 4 families that find out their child is losing their sight every single day.

If you want to take on a different challenge, you can track your progress with Strava or RunKeeper. Or alternatively, you can manually input your progress.

No, you can take part at any age. We do however recommend under 16's take part with a responsible adult.
