Become a Mentor

As a Mentor for Employability, you will provide 1:1 support, encouragement and motivation to and share your own employment experiences with the young people on our employability programme. You would not only change their lives but also develop or hone your skills in mentoring and communication.

Did you know?

Did you know that 50% of blind and partially sighted young people are less likely to be in employment, education and training compared to their sighted peers?

What is it all about?

This is a flexible volunteer role which would require approx. 1 hour a week of your time and can be done via phone or skype.
