Health and Well-being Clubs

Get active with RSBC.

Want to get involved with new sports and activities but not sure where to start?

Come along to one of our action-packed Health and Well-being clubs, designed specially for blind and partially sighted kids and young adults.

Learn new skills

Every session you’ll take part in activities and sport. Activities vary from club to club and week to week - on your visit you might be playing football, climbing, or participating in dance, but one thing's for sure you will have fun!

When you join up you can influence what happens in your club - no experience required!

With every session our expert coaches will help you learn new skills, gain confidence and have a whole lot of fun.

Stay healthy

You’ll learn about nutrition and healthy living, you can join some of our cooking clubs if you fancy, but no matter how you join in you'll make new friends, learn about food and exercise and how they can affect you - have loads of laughs and take control of your healthy future.

Today’s sports session was great! I’ve never tried VI hockey before and the coaches were brilliant. I am looking forward to the Easter programme to take part in climbing, swimming and skiing, sports I’d never have tried without support from the RSBC.
