Connect with other families

Bringing families of blind and partially sighted children together to learn, share experiences and tips, and make connections.

Monthly sessions, run by specialists

Our expert Family Practitioners run monthly online sessions for families to come together, learn and share experiences.

Each month, the focus is on a different topic, covering the milestones and challenges parents and carers might face.

Make connections

Sometimes the best support you can get is from other people who are in a similar situation. It can help to talk to someone who really understands what you’re feeling, because they’ve had experiences like yours and can offer some practical advice. If there’s no one in your area who has a child with vision impairment, you may feel quite isolated at times.

Have a look at our online and in-person services that are designed to give you the opportunity to connect with, and chat to, other families, so you can share information, tips and experiences and feel better supported.
