Connecting Families Facebook Group
This friendly group is a space where you can chat with other parents and carers of vision impaired children and young people from around the country. Families can share family activity ideas, accessible days out, gift ideas for your child and so much more.
Creating a safe space for members of the Connecting Families Facebook group
To ensure that the Connecting Families Facebook Group is a safe and respectful place, we ask that everyone who joins follows some basic guidance. Check the RSBC Connecting Families Facebook Group’s guidelines and details of what what you can expect from us as moderators of the Group.
How do I join?
To join the group we simply ask that you are a parent/carer of a vision impaired child or young person, and confirm that you have read the guidelines in the link above and will adhere to the rules of the group. We aim to approve members within 48 hours but as the group is not monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. there may be a slight delay in approving your request.
