From 17th-21st of August, the RSBC worked with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (RPO) to deliver fantastic music workshops to our young people. The Theme of the workshops was Hopes and Dreams, and the young people worked virtually with RPO musicians, including a double bass player, a trombonist, a clarinet player, and a violinist.
Painstakingly pieced together through hundreds of individual recordings by workshop leader Natasha Zielazinski and featuring participants alongside 11 members of the RPO, we hope you’ll enjoy this one-of-a-kind piece of music in the video below. Accompaniment film created by Magali Charrier.
To read more about the amazing week’s worth of collaboration, RPO clarinettist Sonia Sielaff has written an ‘RPO Resound Project Blog‘ which is found on the RPO website.
